HPRG hired a marketing firm that promised results and lead generation for their business. The previous marketing firms SEO strategy was to build a cheap website and copy content from the HPRG site and funnel leads to HPRG through their site. This means that their old firm wasn’t helping build HPRG’s website SEO but their own landing pages. Which does not help HPRG in the long run.

About HPRG

HPRG is a commercial real estate business based out of Washington DC with a targeted focus on medical and dental professionals seeking office space. They provide a rare service to their clients that is actually free because they negotiate with their potential or current landlords regarding their lease or purchase of a property. The landlords are the ones paying HPRG not the medical professionals. 

Our Challenges

Like most of our clients the owner and CEO of HPRG was frustrated with dealing with marketing firms and “SEO guys” that always came up short for him and his business. One of the main problems that he spoke on was, “these marketing firms just never quite understood what our business provided to our clients.” He had several companies either not provide results or take advantage of his business.

There were a ton of on-page optimization needs that needed to be fixed in order for their SEO to benefit in the long run.
